1. Who processes your data

This website belongs to real estate consultant Mariana Vilhena, an agent at RE/MAX Prestige (Sentir Lisboa Med. Imobiliária, Lda., AMI licence 10006), located at Avenida de Roma, nº 48A, 1700-348 Lisbon, Portugal. For any question about personal data, write to marianavilhena@remax.pt.

2. What data we collect and why

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), subject and message. We use this data only to reply to your request and, where applicable, to start the contacts needed to sell, buy or value a property.

The legal basis is your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and for the period required by law. If there is no follow-up, we delete the data within a reasonable time.

4. Who we share it with

Data may be shared with RE/MAX Prestige and with providers that support the site, such as the hosting service (Static.app). We do not sell your data.

5. Cookies and statistics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The hosting service may collect aggregated, anonymous visit statistics that do not identify people.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to marianavilhena@remax.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
