How much will the banks lend me?
I put you in touch with a certified credit intermediary, who consults several banks at once and presents you with multiple offers, so you can choose the one that suits your profile.
Where do I look? There are so many websites.
I set precise search criteria with you and search across the many channels I know, including properties not yet on the public portals. It saves time and gets you there before the competition.
Is it worth visiting every home I liked?
I schedule viewings around your availability and go with you with a critical eye. Experience filters out unnecessary visits: you only see homes with real potential.
Is this home worth the asking price?
I analyse the price using statistics, comparable transactions and the property's strengths and weaknesses. The seller's agent defends the seller; I defend the buyer.
Can I safely sign the promissory contract?
I work with lawyers who specialise in property. The documents of the property and the owner are reviewed, and a draft contract that protects your interests is prepared before you sign anything.
What taxes will I pay? What is needed for the deed?
I support you to the end: scheduling, paperwork and tax calculations. On the day of the deed you sign knowing everything is taken care of.
How much do all these services cost me?
The commission on the sale is shared between the seller's agent and the buyer's agent. For you, these services carry no cost.
